Why Lucie built this —
and why it's different

Lucie didn't create the RESET Course from a textbook. She built it from a decade of living with undiagnosed Coeliac disease, rosacea, IBS, SIBO, chronic anxiety, and depression — while simultaneously building a tech startup that grew to 60 people across 60 countries. She was, by conventional measures, high-functioning. Internally, she was in constant pain.

What she discovered — through years of consulting gastroenterologists, Ayurvedic practitioners, nutritionists, dermatologists, psychiatrists, and hypnotherapists — was that no single discipline had the whole picture. Healing came when she stopped treating symptoms in isolation and began addressing the entire inflammatory ecosystem: food, stress, sleep, movement, environment, and mindset, together.

That synthesis is the RESET Course. It's informed by formal training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the University of Arizona College of Medicine, by Level 3 certification in Sound Healing Therapy, and by ongoing study in Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition. But it's alive because of everything that happened before the credentials.
